The role


Bob’s Business is now searching for a Customer Service Engagement Officer who is motivated to join their well-capitalised and ambitious company for the next phase of growth.


The primary purpose of the role is to manage and build long term customer relationships through trust and quality of service delivered.


What you will be doing


  • To provide an outstanding level of customer care by identifying appropriate customer needs, gathering appropriate information accurately and with care
  • To proactively manage the customer journey either by customer calls, emails or visits
  • Support customers with any portal and course queries
  • Support the technical team in the delivery of Phishing campaigns
  • To provide an outstanding service to all of our partner clients
  • Continually improve customer processes by seeking regular feedback and raise issues and areas of concern so that tangible improvements can be recommended
  • Support opportunities to retain business, by understanding fully what a customer is asking for and providing a tailored response

What you'll bring


Qualifications and Experience


  • Previous Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of LMS and email tools, such as Hubspot
  • To be able to work well within a small team but also be able to use your own initiative should you have to work alone
  • A willing and keen interest in getting to know a business and understand how they can contribute

Knowledge and Skills


  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be well organised and passionate about providing a great service
  • Strong listening, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Comfortable with conflict management
