Jody leads our recruitment and HR department, supporting talent throughout the business

Emily leads our marketing team developing and implementing the businesses marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Operations Manager
Anya is our Operations and Project Manager, coordinating projects and refining workflows to ensure smooth, efficient delivery across all our teams.

Marketing Executive
Laura is our marketing executive and forms part of Emily’s team. With a creative mind and a keen interest in written content, communication and social media, Laura helps Bob’s Business stay front of mind.
Owen
Customer Service Team Lead
Owen leads our customer service team, overseeing the onboarding of new clients and ensuring they have a smooth start. He also works closely with existing clients to help them maximise the value of our products.

Lead Designer
Kyle heads our creative team, building best-in-class courses, animations and materials for our services.

Key Account Manager
Dale is our Key Account Manager, working with clients to establish the best solutions for their business needs and to embed cybersecurity into their culture.
Luke
Data Analyst
Working within the technical team, Luke performs data analysis that helps us further refine our products and approach to further help our customers. Covering everything from client reports, scripts and phishing campaigns.
Olivia
Compliance & IT administrator
Working within the Tech team, Olivia helps keep our systems online every day, alongside testing for clients, phishing simulations and maintaining & updating the ISMS and ISO Standard (27001).
Adam
Account Manager
As account manager, Adam is the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with them along with addressing their needs and concerns.
Ryan
Motion Graphics Editor & Animator
Ryan assists in the creative department making the animations and graphics for our modules. While also building brand new modules too.

Customer Service Account Manager
Working within the Customer Service team Jack helps to deliver our service and knowledge to a range of different clients to help with anything cybersecurity related that clients may need.

Content Writer
Jodie creates written content for a range of cybersecurity courses, as well as assisting the marketing team with written material such as blog posts.

Finance Officer
Angie takes the lead on all things financial, helping to keep our books balanced and our future bright

Junior Content Creator Apprentice
Working within our fantastic creative department, Harvey is our Junior Content Apprentice, learning the ropes while contributing to our outstanding training content.
